We are pleased to offer a full range of courses for adults, these need to be booked in advance. Where a course has an asterix along side it this indicates the course will be held at the Potterne Park Pavilion. Yoga *
At Potterne

Working with postures, deep relaxation and developing awareness, you will develop strength, flexibility and focus through classical postures.

Pilates *
At Potterne

A posture strengthening technique, focusing on deep abdominal strength and breathing. The class consists of a series of exercises aiming to promote flexibility and mobility. Beginners, intermediate and advanced courses available.

Indoor Cycling* At Potterne Park

A highly effective workout on a bike which allows everyone to participate immediately. It leads to improvement in cardio vascular health. Classes can be booked as single session or in blocks of 5 for a discount.

Eat Wise and Energise

This is our in house 10 week programme which offers dietary information and advice to help you manage your weight. The complete programme will provide you with information on all aspects of healthy eating, including food labelling, hints and tips for eating out and much more. Each weekly session is rounded off with a fun and enjoyable exercise class, which is an important part of the programme. If you are unable to exercise you are welcome to attend the dietary part of the programme only.
