This is our in house 10 week programme
which offers dietary information and advice to help you
manage your weight.
The complete programme will provide you with information
on all aspects of healthy eating, including food labelling,
hints
and tips for eating out and much more. Each
weekly session is rounded off with a fun and enjoyable exercise
class, which is an important part of the programme.
If you are unable to exercise you are welcome to attend
the dietary part of the programme only.
