there are concession prices available.

Induction Options Mini Induction
A 30 minute introduction to the Fitness Equipment with a qualified fitness
instructor.

A one hour assessment of your fitness level identifying your goals. A personalised
exercise programme will be designed for you.
£ 25.00 Programme Reviews
A programme review is a follow up to a 1-1 induction . It includes a reassessment
of your fitness and an updated more advanced exercise programme.
£12.50 Nutrition Assessments
Personal advice on nutrition for weight management and sports specific programmes.
