Verwood Leisure Centre reveals ‘Excite’, the latest cardio vascular product range from Techno gym for its current and new members to enjoy.

The new look gym will have the latest in treadmills, bikes and cross trainers. Each piece of equipment will be to the highest specification, easy to operate and will have an integrated TV and iPod dock.

The new cardio vascular room will have a whole new range of equipment from Technogym, including “Cardio Wave.”

“ Cardio Wave” is the latest in cardio vascular technology, which provides a most effective and innovative solution for sports training whatever your age or fitness level. Using this unique system you can do your cardio training and burn off the maximum number of calories all in one go. It provides a really thorough workout which is totally impact free.

Its business as usual at Verwood Leisure Centre up until Christmas, then the doors close from 25-30 December, reopening with a fantastic new equipment range which can be viewed on the morning of 31 December.

But wait for it, the grand reopening will be on Friday, 2 January 2009.

This means you will be able to start the New Year with a new, healthy you. Improve your fitness levels, manage your weight, and generally feel better knowing that Verwood Leisure Centre is providing some of the most advanced equipment around to help you reach your goals.
